I use this courier service to send my parcels. It's very fast n reliable in terms of delivery time and integrity of the courier. I always recommend others to use this for fast delivery and trustworthiness. This one time i was expecting an important parcel but it wasn't delivered to me to one time and there was no proper contact number so that I can resolve my issue. Mostly number were put on busy tone so that nobody can call and others were switch off. At last I had to go to the DTDC head office and collect that parcel by myself and they had no strong reason for not delivering my parcel. Worst behaviour from a this courier company.

If your courier is coming form foreign then they guys can't help you because in foreign the docket number is different. They can track your order through DTDC site but can't give you the information related to your parcel. Because they only operate by their own national tracking no.

I don't know how do they work but they are surely under intoxication as my documents were booked from Etawah to Missamari(784506) Tracking Id U02500383 but only 'softdata upload' was showing from etawah but from Agra it is showing booked and destination Pin code is 734001 which is siliguri and customer care is not replying. How can someone do such a silly mistake! Pathetic.

10-12 days ago i was go to this dtdc branch for sending my parcel but when I see the has highly uneducated they make wrong measurement of my parcel and charged uneducated price when i measured him personally and make right measurement i found big difference in the price 🙁 because of emergency i am ok and send the parcel because of lockdown
