The worst service I have ever seen in my life … had send parcel already it’s been a week they promised us that by Tuesday maximum Wednesday my family will receive the parcel in Kashmir and it’s been Friday no parcel arrived and it is wedding clothes in the parcel …. After tracking and calling they lie to us Ohi the parcel went but we couldn’t deliver tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow already 3days late and there is no tomorrow… already yesterday one function started and the girl was unable to wear what she needed from bombay … very sad DHL never thought ur service will disappoint us so badly … we waited long but now I have to write a review … I still expect the courier to reach by today let see what you guys will do

It is conveniently located at HPCL petrol pump vicinity at amar mahal. Due to covid and office size being small, it is most likely to wait outside of the office in standing. This gets inconvenient due to long waiting time. No consideration for senior citizens. Staff is very helpful, polite and well qualified for the job. Charges might be bit on higher side but service is satisfactory. I haven't been in dispute with them yet despite of frequent transactions. Responce to query can be slow and unsatisfactory sometimes. Office remains close on Sunday and public holidays.

This is the Vidhyavihar West DHL services center. This center collected the courier from me and the service was good. Considered covid 19 situation the centre had taken proper steps to maintain social distancing, though they should make arrangements for social distancing when there is queue of customer which is outside their door. (Parcels are collected from outside).
