!! PATHETIC SERVICE !! Naresh babu / Abilash - These are the guys I interacted. I sent courier to Australia through these guys. The cost in their shipment receipt was 6,278 but the person who came to collect did the UPI transaction for 6,729. They collected 451 extra amount and I have been following up with them from last 4 weeks but there is no proper response. It is so frustrating, it is not about only money, it shows how bad the service is.

Really slow and inefficient. Made me wait 10 minutes without explanation after which I asked them what the delay was. When they then got to my package, they said they needed an ID but DL was not sufficient. And then they said that the 'from' address would be in Chennai (I live in Bangalore) because my number was inexplicably associated with some address in Chennai on their system. And they couldn't do anything about it. So I gave up and walked away. Completely useless. They also wanted to send the papers without any proper packing.

This place is a farce. My mother went to get an international package delivered. The person she spoke to in the morning Avinash told her the price of a package on sale for(Diwali)being 40% off. The person who was at night when she took the items to be delivered. He harassed my mother so much! He was charging her double! This person had no info on how to do the work. Pls don’t go there and if you go there then be ready to wait for 2 hours and may not do your work that day. Terrible service.

DHL (has absorbed Federal Express and BlueDart) is a bit on the expensive side, but the staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. They tell you what they can ship, under what category (express/ regular, etc) and for what cost up front. While they can inspect the package contents, they do it without causing a mess. Ideal for shipping college applications and other official papers.

Today I went to courier my project report , report was weighing 1.6kg and they have rounded off to 2kgs And charged 1k for deliver for vizag,And the lady (swapna)who was handling all these was giving rude answers to me, and I told her us thus not a right way to handle a customer and she continued her aggression tomowards me and her colleagues came and asked her to apologize me she told that she s not well so behaved like that. This was the worst experience I had with sahakarnagar dhl outlet. Plz guys think twice to visit ther. No work ethics.
