Google doesn't allow a zero star rating otherwise I would have given that to these guys. They are extremely unprofessional. Two of my parcels were not delivered by them on two different dates and when I enquired with the DTDC head office they sent the PoD sheet showing that it was signed. Now the signature was neither mine nor my husband's, their delivery fellow had forged signatures and God knows where he delivered the parcels or what he did with them. Had to visit their office where they us assured two days ago that the parcels shall be delivered but they still haven't been delivered. When you call them their excuse is that the delivery person is a part-timer or it is late or it is raining. There is no one reliable at this office. Please courier through them at your own risk.

Rip off pricing with this DTDC centre....Dont go... we are charged Rs. 200 for a simple envelope to be couriered from Bangalore to Mysore....In professional courier for same service it is Rs. 90...Will never go back again
