Bad service. I sent 3 parcels to Russia by fast mail. They promised everything would come. But for some reason, one parcel was sent to China instead of Russia, and no one else saw it. The search request was closed without explanation. They answered the complaint that i need turn to the airlines, without specifying which ones. It is impossible to leave new search request, since I myself am already in Russia, they don’t answer e-mails, and on the site you can leave only one request for one shipment, it’s also impossible to file a new complaint.

If you book speed post today, it will take 4-5 days to add them in the system. Tracking will not be done.... So you can wait for 10-15 days to get the amount you want to get in 2 days.... Experienced, no more for this program 🙏

Ernakulam RMS speed post service was shifted from South Junction Railway Station to Ernakulam HO near General hospital on 4th May 2022. Speed post facility is also available at night from 19:30 to 07:30 hours on all days including Sundays. Night facility is on the third floor of the building. Staff is cordial and customer friendly.

I went to update my aadhar and the lady who was working there was slower than a snail and didnt had the slightest clue on how to properly operate the machine and use the software for enrolling/updating aadhar. She took more than 50 minutes per person(with help) for enrolling. I normally update these things online but since updating this particular detail could not be done online, I was helpless. Kindly make sure the employee knows how to do their job in a timely manner. It is of no use if they are taking 3x the normal time to get a job done. I think updations can be done till 2.30pm as she was telling people to come next day to whomever came after 2:30pm

Speed post office open from 7:30AM to 7:30 PM. If going from morning 9 to evening 5 the courier will be available on floor number 1 and other time it will be available floor number 3. There are two counters for courier which make it easier and faster

I don't see how this many people commented on good staff, friendly staff n all. From my experience as well as my colleagues experience over the past three years they have always been really rude and ignorant as well as prideful bunch. If only it wasn't the one close to the campus we wouldn't have have to suffer through the same bad experience over and over again. Specially the old male staff who sits in the speed post delivery area. I hope one day he notices that the india Post is not his family property and gets his head out of somewhere I shouldn't mention.

Speed post is a misnomer . After waiting for 5 days for the consignment to reach a 300km distance , I finally decided to head to Ernakulam head post office (NSH) to collect it. A lady who is assistant to senior postmaster was the most arrogant lady I ve ever met . She made me wait for almost 3 hours citing some protocol despite me providing all the identity proofs possible. Despite their fault at not delivering the article on time , this lady had the audacity to keep one waiting !!! Atrocious!! I pray this does not happen with anyone and such imbeciles are not employed at govt sectors. Achhe din !!!! Keep trying

Send a speed post from Kochi to Mumbai , delivery in just one day ,excellent service offered by speed post .will recommend. please note the parcel was of 1 kilo. Most of the parcel delivered in one day if booked before 11 a m it will reach next day by 2 p.m. As experienced by me it also depends area to area.
