I has used professional courier for 6 times they never wrong sent my courier or they did not late at delivery date.if it's happen mean there is a some mistakes in workers negligence.proffessional courier is good at me some lakhs of members but some hundreds of costumer are not satisfied with this courier service. Once I have sent laptop in this courier they haven't did any mistake while am giving that laptop box they write on it like it's very expensive and urgent handle with care . Last and final professional courier is good but sometimes workers negligence is not good

This branch of the courier service is quite unprofessional. A courier had come for me and these ignorant people did not even care to inform about the arrival of the package. I had to call and inquire about the package and then they revealed that the package has come. Upon enquiring on when did they receive the package they claimed more than 5 days ago. Since (5+2) 7 days the package was not delivered to the customer. This abominous delay is very uncalled for and the professional quality with the staff here is very minimum. I had expected a faster delivery and prompt response but I had to face a bleak and upsetting customer care and service from them. I will not recommend this courier service until and unless they take accountability to this complaint work on improving their standards as they claim to have in paper. Please people, make sure you have no other options available until you are forced to use their disastrous service.
