On Saturday 6th October they scheduled my delivery. But before they could reach me I contacted them and said please make it tomorrow.. But their delivery boy said madam your parcel will be returned. I said as i know there should be 3 attempt. He said no madam we will return this.. I called their executive and they said we will attempt 2 times more.. But they did not attempted my delivery and messaged me 2 times customer refuses to accept. But i did not refuse the parcel as i didn't get any call. I calling again and again their Customer service and they are saying tomorrow we will deliver..... And their tomorrow never comes. Pathetic service I ever came across
