Lot of rush to pay the courier good charges, and very big problem when we wanted to get intouch the staff there's no one to attend the nether reply back and most if the time line is busy and the cash counter cashier is very good and soft spoken person,and very imp last time when I visit first time I forget my wallet at the cash counter after an hrs when I reach got back my wallet safely and everything was intact,really I appreciate the kindness genius person and staff...regards

Have to unload material by self because maatadi labour will not respond. VRL asks to talk to maatadi. Maatadi will unload material then you have take material urself till weighing cell. Once weighed and receipt generated then u have to keep material urself at a place shown by VRL. If you want to go here, you should bring your own labour. And consider 3 to 4 hours would be spent here for booking. Pathetic experience, DO NOT USE THIER SERVICES. They take the job by overcommitting and then underperform. The person on the Watsapp chat bot on the website is rude and does not stick to his words. STAY AWAY from this co. Worst service. I won't recommend to any of my dealer's. Also u people charge high rates compared to other transporters. Usually 2 trucks are dispatched, one in the morning around 10 and one in the afternoon around 4pm. If you go after 4, your cargo will be loaded and dispatched next day. Pricing is decent and so is customer service. Remember to always take 2-3 copies of GST invoice and pack your items properly. Poor quality sacks won't be accepted and they don't have any tools/sacks to pack your cargo. very poor service, when you book parcel they provide you token no.& ask person/driver/hamal to come after 1/2 days to collect lorry receipt, as they think those guys are free in mumbai & they will come again when they want, why LR copy not be given at a time. & while there charges are highest among the industries...WORST PREFERRED TRANSPORT.
