Very very worst service. They are not sincere to their job. Parcel was holding by the staff without any information to the customer. It's very wrong. Melur branch st courier service only very worst, other branches was ok. Very disappointed by these service.

Very very bad service. Even to towns like Milgate, Thegkupatti, Sukkampatti, Surakundu, Navinipatti, Malampatti near Mellur. If the parcel arrives, he will not make the delivery even after a week, he will not even call to tell that the parcel has arrived. Even if you call for a job, it will not be delivered. Then I don't know why he is getting money, it would be better if someone in the legal profession files a case against him in the consumer court asking for compensation.
