Worst customer service. 😏 Always some excuses on their end to not accept parcel. Specially Monday seems to be a kind of day where they work on pending orders and hence Monday is always a no parcel booking day or other lame excuses. When inquired, they will always blame the govt for poor current or network or so and so. They certainly lack professional skills. Govt should look into it and either train them properly or retire them so that more skilled person having good experience in dealing with customers be given opportunity. Don't even want to give 1 star but have no option. Can't post without it. 😡
