Worst customer service. 😏 Always some excuses on their end to not accept parcel. Specially Monday seems to be a kind of day where they work on pending orders and hence Monday is always a no parcel booking day or other lame excuses. When inquired, they will always blame the govt for poor current or network or so and so. They certainly lack professional skills. Govt should look into it and either train them properly or retire them so that more skilled person having good experience in dealing with customers be given opportunity. Don't even want to give 1 star but have no option. Can't post without it. 😡

One of the worst.. workers should be changed . Very much filled with attitude and very slow.. opens at 10 and close before 12.. have to wait hours and hours for them yet unable to get things parcel..

Wrote clearly in my parcel that the location where the parcel to be delivered is Kolkata but they Shipped it to the wrong location(Bangalore), now I don't know what to do cos that parcel cost is more than 4K😭

Every time I visit the PO there always seems to be something wrong. Either with the system or light or staff didn’t show up. I can never get to post anything. Always end up travelling to some other branch. On top of that, the ladies at the counter are just so rude. They’re always in a bad mood seems like and they’ll put their frustrations out on you.

Dear Recruiters, on a future note please update your office with courteous and polite personnels who are educated in the sciences of dealing with people. Having the skills and expertise in postal services is not enough, they also need training on how to treat customers, and take requests. Poor Customer services in this centre. Very disappointed.
