Worst room service. But it's in prime location near to central. Thing is that cockroaches comes on your bed. If you are afraid of cockroaches you need to have sleepless nights. Maintenance also just ok. Water taps doesn't work properly. Stinky washrooms.

Worst Experience, had booked online non AC but when reached the hotel they said the bookings are full, i had already paid 584 Rs for it, they then told me to book nee room with AC for 800/- ....there are Cockroaches in the AC room and toilet was also dirty. Please don't even think of staying this hotel. They are Scammer.

Hotel I book for rs950 for ac room after reaching on 20th night they are giving me non-ac room and for ac room they charges 500rs extra. Oyo and room manager all are cheaters. I have confirmed three times with Oyo customer care before booking and when I called that night they are saying go to elite with 215rs more to pay. Have recorded conversation with Oyo customer care will go to consumer forum.

Very bad service from OYO. My parents were standing out of hotel for almost 2 hours and hotel team informed they don't have the booking reference no which I received over WhatsApp and after tried reaching to OYO customer service no one resolved my issue and my parents moved out of the place and couldn't check in and now Oyo is asking for review. How pathetic it is. When I tried canceling it showed its already checked in and I couldn't cancel. Money wasted is 1 thing but the pain my parents got waiting there was not bearable. Plz don't go with OYO. Very bad and very bad service from central inn. I want to give negative feedback here. Really loot team it is.

Very bad experience with this property. The hotel dint respond correctly and he was telling that the proof which we have submitted is not vissible. Like this silly reasons they will give and they will send back and they will pretend us to ask for refund to OYO. Overall very bad hotel. Please dont book. Loss of money.
