Pathetic. Nobody pics up the phone. Delivery takes 10+days time. They even blame the customer for mishandling of parcel at their end. No system is the only system. I am waiting for my consignment since more than a month. My Ahmedabad parcel travelled to Kheda, Naarol and it is stil lroaming.

This is the worst courier service in India. They are employing worst kind of impolite, uneducated, gunda type misbehaving people. They take 12 days to deliver a cargo to Bhiwandi from Ahmedabad. They send to wrong branch and then your cargo keeps lying and they make no efforts to despatch to the correct address. No one should use this cargo service if you want timely delivery of the goods.
