Absolutely useless branch. The sales representative just wants to extract money out of the customer and put into his pocket. He doesn’t want to explain about any schemes or offers. When we saw the poster regarding student offer to send abroad which costs Rs 2190 he says we need to send minimum 3 couriers which is wrong information. Because I know one courier to send for educational purposes costs Rs 2190. When I tried to enquire further he says after adding GST and some other charges which he says is fuel charges etc it comes to Rs 4500. Fuel charges????!!!what fuel charges whats Rs 2190 that we pay for? He is unnecessarily trying to extract money out of people. Avoid this DHL branch and I hope DHL takes action against this service person. I don’t remember his name but we visited this branch today at approximately 3.30pm enquiring courier chanrges to send a document to Birmingham, UK.
