Though the person in-charge was polite but the service was lacking..I had to dispatch an induction. I had opted for their special service but they did not have any facility of layered packaging for fragile items nor do they have any " fragile" stickers..They provide a big plastic envelope packet in the name of special service..The product reached late but it was broken even after writing "FRAGILE" with the marker & opting for special service
