I am staying in the same address only which they have supposed to deliver my shipment. They have simply sent a msg everyday, SORRY WE HAVE MISSED YOU WHILE DELIVERING. they didn't even me. make a single call. I was trying to reach them but couldn't connect the local branch. We can reach them only on customer care which they don't know the updates of local delivery.

I have ordered an product and they didn't delivered on time that they mentioned didn't even received an mail or notification for delay. And finally after 2days of delay the product was out for delivery and no calls from them for delivery and the contact number given is not working. I don't know whether they will deliver it or not. 1.Delay (no on time Delivery). 2.No contact no given in mail. 3.The number given in Google maps not working. 4. When i called another branch to know the status of my parcel they said its not blue dart and disconnected the call (the number was taken from google maps)

They never deliver the parcel, instead they marked as "Door Locked" or else "Delivered". While you reach their office, they deliver there. It's is becoming their strategy. Blue Dart Head office should take action against them.

One of the worst service I ever had with the Karaikal office. The lady staff in the office does not have the customer service experience. How she got appointed is another question. The supervisor / manager in-charge is another comedy. When you don't deliver on the time Blue Dart Tracking states, you apparently enquire and then you complain it the package or document is important or urgent. Thats exactly what I did. The manager Mr Ethiaraj has taken my complaint to a different level. He says he couldn't deliver that day but will deliver the next day. Then when he found out that I had raised a complaint with the head office for non-delivery, he purposely delays the courier for another day. When I enquire with him why he is not delivering the document, he is asking me why I complained. Then he says that because I complained thats why there is a delay. He has taken it personally and does not follow company protocol to rectify the delay or apologise to the customer for his incompetence. Blue Dart customer service has yet reply to my email about my further complaint as to why it did not deliver on their 2nd promise to deliver after their missed date. So instead of one day delay, they have delayed 2 days because, Mr Ethiaraj thinks he is punishing me for making the complaint about him in the first place. What a joke!!

Experinced the worst service ever. They printed some uncomprehensible address in their waybill and didnot put the labels properly so that they were missing from 2 bags. My shipment was lying for more than 7 days in the warehouse. I booked the shipment on 10th October but it took 16 days to reach me. Someone opened one of my carton boxes and put one electric kettle in my carton. I am putting the photo of the kettle for the actual owner to know. Very disappointing service this time.
