It's a pretty big courier center. Most of the international shipments arrive here, German packages specifically. Employees are strict with direct package handover to the recipients. Involves a lengthy procedure of filling the form, sending it to customer care representative who then forwards it to their manager. After some approvals, the package is handed over to the customer. In case of a normal home delivery, there's no such hassle.

Had to send a document to Austin, TX for my son. Went in the morning along with my son to enquire rates. Understood that they do give significant discounts for docs sent to universities. Later went again to actually send the doc. The front desk guy recognised us immediately and helped us with it. He was very responsive and provided us with additional info on how DHL works in Pune, up to what hours various booking centres work etc. He also told us how to use more discount by paying for 3 parcels upfront if more docs are planned to be sent to US universities. Reading others reviews, it appears the quality of service depends on who is at the front desk. Only thing we didn't like was the stagnated water in front of the office due to rain.

Worst Service and for international devilry they add their additional charges and custom duties never ship with them they don't inform you for the additional tax and gst and the price is get very costly. I baught 40,000rs product they apply their custom duty 17,000rs and price get so expensive total- 57,000rs. DHL is always worst and don't inform you for this additional money before buying product.
