Pathetic service. Parcel has already arrived but will not deliver it till next day because the delivery guy did not take my parcel. The lady, Mangla said that I should have called half an earlier so that my parcel could have been taken by the delivery guy! I will have to go to their office and pick it up now as it was a high value parcel.

Extremely disappointing courier service,first of all they haven't come near to my area as i stay in colony i would have known if they had come and then they updated on their delivery status that door was closed ,so couldn't delivered. 2nd of all the phone no. they have provided is wrong so u can't call them. 3rd of all when i got there no. and called they rudely told me that i didn't receive call when they called me which btw never happened . Guys finally i want to tell u that this branch has shifted to following address: No. 189, 10K, Ramavilas Rd, opp. Ambari Hotel, Agrahara, KR Mohalla, Anadel, Mysuru, Karnataka 5700024. And if u want actual phone no. of this branch ,Let me know i will update that .

Was unable to locate the place, no board on roads to give direction. Even the board on the shop is fainted and its in very interior location so difficult to find it. Over that the delivery is pathetic, my parcel arrived on Thursday and i wanted it immediately as it was already delayed and i had to go out of city. They said they will not deliver it cause no agent going to my area now. When some goes we will hand over the parcel, if not you will get the parcel by Monday. I said this is very pathetic service, how can u keep a parcel for so long and dont have commitment to hand it over to the receiver on time.pure lack of sense and responsibility. Destroying image of courier service. If i wanted a delayed service i would take India post, they are far cheaper. Thats why India is famous for its lazy attitude all over the world

I would not recommend ST Courier service. The delivery is very very late, India post is far better and cheaper than ST Courier.
