It was prompt delivery on time. They even showed me the location in Google maps with images to the address I was sending it too. It was to be delivered to my Sister's house. I had to send medicines to a South East Asia country during lockdown and visited DHL store recently for that. Sending medicines during the pandemic days is not easy compared to normal days. There are stringent processes each country has. The staffs at this DHL store, especially Sunil and Basha were very helpful in navigating through the process and seeking approvals from other functions. They took the extra efforts to help the customer not just to send the parcel but also updating with status on its clearance, and till it reached the location. I appreciate their customer service to go extra mile to deliver exceptional experience.
