Will never book this hotel again. Dont go on the photos shown on booking sites. Reached hotel at night around 01:00am with colleagues. I had to knock the shutter two times to wake up the receptionist. After check in, allotted rooms condition looks bad and filthy, room service is also very bad. Bathroom is too small with very less floor space to stand properly. Soap, Shampoo, Towel was not there in the bathroom. Door lock broken. Water supply was not proper and mug was broken. Toilet cistern was not working. No fresh bedding

We had 4hr in hand for next train so book this hotel for freshing up .they are the worst. I book online using app. And they took all money in advance. Once I reach there , receptionist said all rooms are book and we can't give u any rooms.not recommending to anyone .

Really very worst experience. I am using OYO for the first time and hereafter I will never use it. I may think this application/service will eventually go down only because of its customer care service. Please don't call the OYO customer service and waste your time. Better to stay on the platform and go away instead of booking through OYO

Worst hotel ever. Had to change the hotel in between our stay. Rats were running inside the room. Small like a box. Congested bathroom. Broken bathroom window. Broken Glasses inside the bathroom. Hot as hell. No window, no ventilation. Nothing is good about this hotel. If you're looking for a budget hotel with comfort, a definitely NO from my end.

Very disappointed Something else is shown in the image and the room is better than that of a hut. Such a dirty rooms. There was such a foul smell coming in as soon as I entered. What to tell, there is not a single window in this, there is no room in any room?

Worst experience ever 1)even after preinforomed check-in time 1 hr I have been knocking on door to wake them up. 2)main staf was drunk and told me to leave the hotel when complaint about filthy room. No water no fresh badding, no hot water and all this in pick winter. 3)has no concern for costumer state of mind at 01:00am and asking me to take your mony back from oyo. 4)oyo doesn't provide hotel number and on given contact number no one is responded even after 7-8 calls.... Worst most ever from Oyo and 49752.

A very shabby hotel. I used it for transit poupose through OYO. It's too noisy. Good part is it's at a commercial place and non veg food is available in vicinity.
