The service is polite and professional. The executive working there is good at explaining different price slabs and helps you chose the right one. Good work, keep it up. My express parcel from kolkata to bangalore was delivered in less than 24 hours, impressed!!

totally non responsive,,sent several emails, their log says parcel received but the fact is i never recived my parcel which was supposed to be my rakhi gift, what amazes me is they didnt reach me nor did they replied with any apology forget about refund...they are extremely rude and in few more cases in my family if thhe vendor is sending courier by dtdc it never reaches on time, delay of weeek or two is just normal with this courier service,,i do not recommend this service

This courier center is located near to Mahajati Club on North Station Road,Agarpara. You can send courier anywhere from there. At the time of my visit only cash payment was allowed.
