They will act very smartly when we reach there to get the courier not delivered up to now even if you had paid for door to door charges ,they will simply tell us that our team had visited your home but there is no response so we came back and threw back the box/material at the warehouse and doing another deliveries ,there is no update regarding these silly Reasons, better don't use this TCI EXPRESS IS NOT A RECOMMENDABLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IN ANY MODE ONLY CASH ON DELIVERY WILL BE A GOOD MODE FOR THEM , BECAUSE THEY WILL GET INSTANT AMOUNT AFTER THAT .

Worst services never experienced so long, someone wants to waste to time and money go for it, local services are better than ‘TCIEXPRESS’ Waste of time and money, our products should be delivered by July 5th but till now there is no response nor they have tried contacting us, also the no proper location of their office in a Bangalore yelahanka. Never try and get stuck🤬

Please all who are watching this. Don't send anything through this Courier my parcel expected delivery 29th Jun they not service door delivery & we only go there and collect the our percel & also workers not respond properly. No proper customer compliant service. Careless peoples.

Never ever dare to send anything through this Couriers.... My consignment expected delivery on Aug 3rd.... Today is not 8thAug till now they have not delivered my Consignment.... No proper customer compliant service... Careless and pathetic experience... Especially this Jakkur branch

Worst experience ever. -------------- First time when you call the customer care, they don't even know whether their transportation services are active or not. Then they'll redirect you form one office to another where everybody is frustrated of their jobs. Their exact words- "Why are you calling us?" -------------- After all I got the number to this office they told that they'll deliver the item very carefully and I have to submit some documents. When I called again regarding some queries related to packing and documents which I need to submit. Then the person of the other end says- "we don't take any responsibility of scratches/damage during the transportation."
