Go for different courier if you are sending fragile items. I am completely displeased with the service provided by this courier. I was shipping a glass item. In order to register my name, they made me to wait almost for 15-20 minutes. Also I got minimal support in packing. They were not having packing items. Hence I bought packing items. It took me 45-50 minutes to come out of courier office. Also I was asked to give a letter that if package is broken, BlueDart is not responsible. I gave a letter with a hope that it will be delivered safe. But on top of all, it was damaged, broken and delivered late stating taking time to clear security. If you are sending any fragile items, please never prefer this courier office. Really a poor experience with BlueDart.
