To those who are looking for stress free; tension free ; time saving; professional/premium shipping service: I strongly recommend THIS BRANCH of DHL Express One day around 7 PM, I was looking for a shipment to Maharashtra from Tiruppur for a sensitive electronic device. I googled Bluedart and find a branch near RAM NAGAR that was mentioned in Google it will open till 10.30 PM But When I went there it was already closed around 8 PM Then I travelled to Gandhi nagar DHL/Blue dart and found that they only take care of International cargo for account holders. I asked Security guard, Even the security guard didn't know where I should go for the domestic shipment. Then a person standing outside told me to travel near MANIS THEATRE , BLUE DART and told me it will be open till 10 PM I went all the way there and asked security for the process- he introduced me to another person. I asked how they will pack it. He said the person at the counter will do this for you and called the employee from the counter to help me with this. The counter employee at velampalayam blue dart came and stood there for a few seconds and asked me to come back again on MONDAY MORNING. As soon as he said that, the security and other person who wanted to help me looked at me without any cIue, then i understood the counter guy don't want to any more shipping today as he is busy with using mobile. I felt really frustrated with that service. Then on Monday morning came to this DHL express where I found 2 professional and helpful people called KARTHICK and SARAVANAN. They were really helpful, professional, respectful, responsible, they did nice packing and all formalities were completed in a short time. THANKS again to both of them and DHL my parcel reached destination without any issues and on super fast delivery.
