There is no option to put - 5 stars, if its possible I put that only... What an worst service... If it's any other courier service I received my package within 30minutes after HUB despatch. Now my status morning 10.50 my order was out for delivery now the time is 2.50pm still its reaching me.. Wow... Their executives are awesome. They deliver the orders by walking... Good... Keep it up

The people rating this business 5 star are working in this business. This firm never delivers the product and they claim that the client was not available or the address was wrong. How can an address which stood for 50 years be wrong? Totally pathetic service. Even the customer care never takes the business seriously.

Hopeless delivery people. They dont even try to deliver tye package and then claim that customer cannot be reached or that customer was not available. Edit, took it up with the top brass and got the issue addressed and the delivery boy was taken to task. Some good happened after all.
