Its like a cave. Dirty, arrogant staff, no door deliveries, very difficult to locate. Even if you visit the place to collect a parcel, they will search the entire cave to locate yours. All the best.

I gave one star only because I need to write this review . this is the worst courier service I've ever used; no one takes responsibility. It would be preferable if you walked to the destination to deliver the parcel. Response that is highly irresponsible and negligent. I sent a sample by the 17th of December, and they are stating the status of the parcel without providing any authenticity. The track number is not working, and they have no explanation for why. Whenever you call the Kanhangad office about a parcel, the attendant will call Soumya soumya, and this soumya will answer the prediction of the courier's status once in a blue moon. After all, mine is a biological sample that has been sent for sequencing without compromising its integrity. The courier's name should be changed to unprofessional courier.
