I won't blame DTDC but local office. Its 6th time happening to me that consignment is in city office and no one cares to deliver until I follow up. Consignment was couriered from "Bangalore", reached "Rohtak" within 3 days (as shown in tracking portal) and it is 8th day and I am still waiting... @DTDC this lethargic attitude of local offices affects the company image. :(

I called customer care number, New Delhi more than 10 times. Call was kept on hold for 02 to 10 minutes every time on Hold and then it was disconnected without any response. Even their corporate office Bangalore number no one responds. It is truly pathetic service. They should be banned for such an attitude for harassing customers.

Very very poor service. We booked a packet form Chennai to Leh Ladakh vide consignement no. V2 4205381 on 12th oct 2015. Till date i.e 24th oct, consignment never reached site. Tried to contact the customer service which never responded. Very poor service. I suggest never book consignment through DTDC.
