Easy to send the parcel. But there is no home delivery which is disappointing every time when we have to recieve the courier. We end up going to the ofc to collect it.

Poor service, they call customers to come and collect cards and letters from their office, the delivery destination is hardly 4 KM from their office, why take delivery charges if you cannot deliver important documents?
