Very bad experience.they never delivers on time even after we pay high charges. They simply keep returning our item by not even trying to do any attempt to deliver. They do not even call us. I don't know why they r sitting in the office and causing so much trouble for us even after charging high amout. I will never opt DTDC fed-up of them. Sometimes even we tried calling them and telling them not to resend if you cant deliver atleast make a call we will come n pick. No courtesy to do that too. Very bad.
