Very worst courier.This is the 3rd time i am experiencing this. Got a call from delivery boy he said he will deliver my parcel within 2hrs..but didn't get any call after that..evng i am getting a msg that he wasn't able to locate my address..😡how he couldn't get my address without calling me.. BEST COURIER SERVICE OF INDIA. My goodness, have never seen such pathetic lazy fellows sitting and operating a courier service centre. They WORK NOT TO DELIVER BUT JUST TO UPDATE THE STATUS OF THE PRODUCT. You could see them telling their office problems like no staff, no salary, no money for petrol.

Worst Service., I ordered a product via Amazon but the delivery was rooted through Ecom Express., without contacting/attempting for delivery they have updated the status as “Delay Delivery on customer request”. The product is with them for more than a 5 days.

If your courier partner is Ecom then wait for a year. If pickup is alloted to Ecom wait for a year(or until order gets cancelled). Ecom executives are invisible they visit you, but you never know.
