I am sharing my experience. They are not delivering the product to our address we have to go and collect the product from their office. They will never notify whether our product is ready for delivery or it is in transit. Even if the product arrived at the last delivery hub we have to go and collect. Completely disappointed with their service.

They lost my courier, made me run around a dozen times, they don't even deliver it to your home, you have to go there and collect. They won't even properly answer your call. DTDC is way better, faster delivery and costs less than them. Even India post is better.
