I gave them a parcel to be delivered to Bhiwandi on 12th March and the package reached their godown in Bhiwandi on 13th March. But even 5 days later the package has not been delivered to the final destination. They give fake assurances when you call them and say they will deliver it tomorrow. Pathetic service.
