Horrible experience. The parcel is at their office from last 12 days. No one is delivering the parcel. When I receive the text about my parcel out for delivery, no one delivers it and they reschedule by saying wrong address. When you call the delivery agent, he says he doesn’t have the parcel and asks to call a certain number at the office. That number is unanswered for 2days. The helpline number is useless and faulty.
