I went to the Aadhar Card updation centre, the lady denied to provide me the form (as she told.. they only give forms in the morning). However, I downloaded the form from the UDAI website and approached her with a printed form post which she denied considering to update the requested updation as according to her the time was up. The timings mentioned is till 5.30 pm. Yet I was denied. ( How does it possibly work like this! It's a shame that we're living in 2022 yet there aren't proper solutions made to ease people's struggle in these government offices! When they already know people come every single day... why do they make people run unnecessarily for forms? Or make them come in the morning.. then collect the form and then come in the 2nd half and get the updations done? Why can't they provide the firms readily when they have it. Another thing, why aren't any Information Boards put outside these centres providing exact information to the public, how arevwe supposed to know the things when they don't even clearly reply. What about the working individuals who literally don't get leaves yet remove time for these important things and are made to dance for just a mere work of 5 mins! I sincerely request the office to please put a proper board outside the office with their working timings.

Came for Speed Post, which is undoubtedly the best postal service in the country. Be prepared for long queues, but it's worth the wait.

For Adhaar Services people who stand in que and get the number have to wait way more longer than usual as this Post office have Agents who take 5 to 10 forms in between every legal number. What fraud and pathetic service by such this post office. Necessary action needs to be them

The passport verification was very slow and no prior information is given about documents required. They keep making you run around to remove Xerox and attest stuff from bank. Took me almost 3 hours even after being there prior than the appointment time just to do document verification. It's better to avoid these post office passport office as they ask 2 address proof. So BEAWARE. You won't be told in advance about that and take all documents whatever u have because they keep asking extra stuff with Xerox.

Staff doesn’t care about covid and they don’t wear a mask. No Sanitiser bottle used for outsiders Staff take 15 mins for a registered post. No queue maintained No social distancing People with 12-15 envelopes just wait in the standard queue instead of bulk Srsly, the department needs to improve
