We can't say it's a courier company, they called and asked your courier (Credit card PIN)has reached in their office and want to collect it. No reply when i ask them if you not giving home delivery why you picked my cover which clearly mentioned address.Very bad customer service. ₹400 parcel charge : Will arrive in 7 days ₹800 parcel charge : will reach in 7 days (this 400 for speed post) but all same speed aanu!!! Udaiyip Team Aanu !!! And "door to door" delivery aanu, but they will come to ath office and ask to collect!! Ok poovate there is a charge chart ind official "professional courier" company in which 1kg parcel is ₹120 (approx) but the great one here is ₹160 vaagum. If asked, they will say ath mistake aanu..... that too sahika now packing and again a ₹50 vaagum!! If I give all this, will the parcel be delivered at the proper time? Even to area manager vare vilichale. parcel deliver yay!!!! 1kg = ₹160 1.2kg = ₹320 (even if 200 gms is more, cash payment of 2 kg will be required) Becoz, they are professional!! 🤣🤣🤣

I had send some documents that needs to be send to my college. And they had said, courier would reach within 4-5 days. I'm not able to track the consignment through their website. They had two numbers in the bill they provided. The mobile phone is out of service and they don't pick any calls in the phone even, I tried reaching them continuously for 1 hour. Very bad service. Will never go to them next time.
