They called me that your parcel is with us the address is wrong asked me to collect the parcel at the office so I sent my hubby to collect the parcel. Eventhough I requested them deliver the parcel to right address they refused to do. A lady spoke rudely. So I sent my hus to collect the parcel. Again on another day another parcel they said you have a parcel you need to collect the parcel at the post office. But this time I wrote the right address which is there in the land document and checked twice. They said address is right but we only deliver letters not parcels. Have a doubt don't India post don't deliver parcels. They said it as a reason I said I would lodge complaint against this they said goahead. And again I called them and requested them to deliver the parcel they refused and said the regular person who deliver the post is at leave so can't deliver and ask me to collect the parcel again. Again and again they said no doorstep deliveries. So I lodged complaint at regional office. Then another officer called me and asked whether the parcel is delivered I said no ok mam will be delivered soon and you are new to the location write letter about that you are new to the location and staying in that particular address to postmaster. All the parcels delivered at your doorstep and said it won't happen again. I hope the parcel will be delivered tomorrow
