Really disappointed with the service they provided in Arni they're not even responding to the customers properly. I have to recive my parcel immediately they told me to come to the office and collect they just saw a parcel name matching mine and handing it over to me and they made me to come here and there then say your package was not yet arrived (if it not yet arrived why did they tell me to come and collect at first point wasting my time and money). Really such a lethargic behaviour.
