One of the the friendliest staff surprisingly for a post office. They responded nicely over the call as well. Went for pension mustering and the work was done quickly in few minutes. The location is a little interior but Google maps worked perfectly fine.

Unlike regular govt offices, the response from the staff at post office was too good. Although it was holiday season during new year, they have completed my request and was very humble. Worst service and no support by the lady sitting on cash counter. Shes's Behaving very rude and arrogant even with senior citizens. Asking everyone to visit again and again to solve a single request. Even there is no crowd at all, these people in counters themselves think very busy and even busier than ministers. Don't ever plan any savings plans, their services will put you in a nightmare.

Situated in a quaint residential area. Went here for a passbook account for address proof. The person helped but messed up the address details. Otherwise the usual facilities of a post office are available. Adequately staffed and the office in a house, at the end of the street. So don't go strictly by Google Maps and check nearby if you could not find.

Post Office is.far from Main Road and is located at a Ground Floor of an Apartment. It not easily accessible to people who come by walk from main road. Government Offices should be near to main road for the public.

Communication of staff is good and polite to answer all our questions... Some of the services(like update the records with Aadhaar or mobile number etc) are available only from Monday to Friday though Saturday is working.. Remaining services are available on Saturday also.. Core banking facility is available here which Thalambur post office is not having at this moment.. It is located little far from the OMR but Google maps guide you to the correct place.. Road is also good for 4 wheelers
