It's big relief that people now don't need to go RPO Ranchi for making passport. Here the entire process hardly took 10-15 minutes without much queue.The staff are overall cooperative and will guide you properly. In terms of cleanliness and infrastructure, this psk still need major upgrades.

Person sitting was rude, time pass.. unnecessarily he was away from his seat for more than 2 hrs again after half an hour he went for lunch for one hour...only few customers are there then only he was unable to manage...

Very bad experience it shows that the office opene by 10 am but even till 12 the office doesnt open even after the appointment time given to me was 11

I had an appointment today at 9:30AM. When I reached on time I see PSK office weren't opened yet. Around 5-6 people were waiting and knocking around. Also they asked me additional document which where no where in list of documents. And they forced me to do photo copy of some additional document.
