Most disgusting company with the worst call centre staff.!! I had sent a parcel within mumbai in a max 20 km radius. It hasn’t delivered since 11 days and nor do they know why is it not getting delivered. Asked the call centre guy to return me the parcel for that also they haven’t been helpful. They have standard dialogue of wait till 24/48 hrs . But nothing happens in that time no email no updates. You have to call them regularly for any updates but they will tell u i have highlighted the issue and have escalated it. Think before you use them for your business as you might loose your clients due to their incompetence.!!
