Fraud Fraud Fraud. Do not deal with this company. They picked up cargo from my home in gurgaon and gave a receipt too. We paid approx 32,000 Rupees by cheque for an international cargo. It's been over 15 days we haven't received our cargo or money paid. All these guys are Fraud. On the top of that my parents in gurgaon are senior citizens and these guys are threatening them. Do not deal with these guys, if you want to be safe.

1. These guys are cheat, they take money for Direct Transit (loading at home and unloading from the vehicle at Destination) but mostly do part shipment by unloading/reloading at several points, give lies saying vehicle is broken down and need to be shifted another vehicle... 2. While there is no GST for transporting Household goods, they are charge GST after loading taking the goods from home, while giving quote they just say no gst or simply put extra and later on black mail. They do mostly subcontracting and do not have long distance truck, only small truck for picking from home. Their attitude and dealing are not professional. Before taking the load, they are nice, but once picked up the goods, they will black mail at every stage. NEVER GO WITH THEM!

Never give your motorcycles or cars for transport to these guys. They sent it from Gurgaon to Chennai but damaged my expensive motorcycle which costed me Rs.25000. They made a fake insurance copy which I could not claim nor they helped me in any way. I hired DHL India Packers and Movers for shifting from Delhi to Hyderabad. They have completely done a fraud with him - 1) They charged me Rs 55645 for transport charges stating that my item will be shipped in separate truck however they caried all the items in sharing truck. 2) They have damaged my items worth more than 75K 3) They have provided fake Insurance bill and it lead to rejection of claim. 4) Rude behavior. 5) Taken 8 days against the promise of delivering in 4 days.

DHL India Packer (Rajveer and Sanjay) is a super fraud and robbery Packer and Movers the aim is to loot the customers money , as well as goods and belief. -They don't deserve any rating. They almost damaged my most household goods of worth 60K, changed most of the spares of my Car including all 5 tyers, headlight, inside spared including AC, Speakers, Wiper pump, Radiator frame etc etc which against cost me 75K to make my car in running condition. also they forcefully took insurance 2 times 18K showing false insurance paper and didn't responded/Process for the insurance for the damaged house hold goods. often follow up they stop receiving my calls. Rajveer and Sanjay are the main culprit. please stay away from both the persons and packers and movers also for your as well as your goods safety. Don't believe Rajveer's word " Maa ki Kasam, aap ki saman jaise lunga aise hi deliver karunga, use jyada kya bhorosha dilaunga". they have 2-3 company under different DHL names which are again fraud company they don't return the GST also.

I got my stuff moved from gurgaon to pune with dhl packers and movers. I will insist that they are completely genuine and reliable. Their packing team is quite experienced and they use a combination of cargo cardboard, cardboard boxes, cellophane sheet, bubble wraps and foam sheets to pack different items. They even brought a special foam sheet of around 1.5 inch thickness to pack my 75 inch TV which was a very costly item in my cargo (2L cost of TV), so they took special care while packing it. The truck arrived in pune within stipulated time of 4 days. Their unloading team in pune also arrived on time and helped us unpack the biggish items too. Mr. Rakesh is quick to respond over call and WhatsApp both, picked all my calls and never kept me waiting for a response. Their prices are also extremely competent and its tough to find a better price for this job elsewhere in gurgaon atleast. Overall you can book them without worrying about bloated costs or fraudulent theft of your cargo. Note : Throw away your oils, butter and ghee and don't carry them in your luggage. Some of our items got spoilt due to spilling of oil. dhl team should have warned us but that's all their mistake was. Rest everything was done to our satisfaction. Thanks Kamna
