People who are delivering consignment of Spot on courier are charging 25 rupees extra when we pay through Phone pe or google pay. Company should look into this matter. Today everyone is using UPI payment system and company also make UPI option available for customer which will be more easy for company and customer also. I don't know company is having UPI system available or not but employee are not sharing it instead they are asking for cash and if cash is not available they are asking extra 25 rupees if we want to pay it through UPI on their personal number.

Get their service only if you are delivering your garbage to a dustbin because that's the way they are going to treat your stuffs. The charges also will be doubled once your stuffs are in their custody. And the time it takes to deliver will be tripled from what they promise you.

Fraud Alert!. They will call and say there is a package for you....they'll also send a photo of a cardboard box. Then they will demand logistics fees of some odd number - like RS 912 or some such. Do not fall for the scam.

You should have option for zero star.They are liars. Goods are out of delivery for 2 days within Bangalore give me a break! customer service and this company have nothing to do with each other. Avoid them like a plague. The delivery guys are outright uncouth. Came without mask. They are a menace to society in general. Horrible. Don't go within 10 km of this unprofessional set up forget using their service.

Worst possible experience, I suggest not to take any service from them. They are highly unprofessional and once they have picked up the product you'll have to wait for eternity to get it delivered.
