I had very bad experience with India post 10th cross wilson garden , they don't know which country has service or not .. I personal came to send medicine to outside india for my brother who had his treatment in india 6 months ago . Staff told me to bring Noc from drug control department.. I went to DCD I was there more than 5 hrs after getting Noc , I came back to india post , they ask some xerox ..after I arranged everything what they required..n weighing box.. Finally he said ..madam service not available to this county… After 2 days of going there n there n saying like that… I request the manager to give them proper knowledge about india post service instead wasting time of customers ..

Not attending calls ..... Even India Post office should be Privatised. It's better to remove phone number from the official site
