Worst service !!!! Getting money first and after that telling parcel is missing go and collect it from main branch no proper guidance. Parcel booked to villivakkam and need to pay at villivakkam and need to go to vanagaram main branch and take the parcel. Waste of money petrol money waste of time vrl worst s service. In vanagaram also parcel missing people saying us to search and full of Hindi wala as load assiant myself search for 3hour and takej the load those people working are saying that what can I do parcel missed this guy are incharge to maintain getting money and breaking the parcel and seeing what is inside if we asked that means they are saying while unloading the parcel it may happen my textile is full of water #very_bad _attitude_person_vanagaram. Any how they not going to take any action.

Later i come to know that the parcel is still in the same place at last i picked my parcel and send it through other courier service. Very bad experience
