I am the holder of Kisan vikas patra amounting Rs.5000/- in the name of Arshiya Raheja minor. These are now due for maturity and my mother went to sec 15 for the formality they said to bring the original receipt along with authority letter and ID Proof to get the cheque on behalf of me.I signed the authority letter to give the cheque to my mother Mrs.Saroj bala .She went to sec 15 panchkula post office with the original Kisan vikas patra, my authority letter and id proof self-attested by me to handover the cheque to my motherBut the staff over there in sec 15 refused to do so they said I need to be there in post office to get the same done but then what’s the purpose of authority letter? Can anybody guide me on this as its really pathetic service of.staff over there shameless people no work to do and behave like nonsense .

It is attached to Ambala postal division and is attached to Ambala City Head Post Office. The general contention is that the service offered is poor and the staff is not polite with customers.
