Address is wrong, No contact number...Idk how Mi people are in tie up with this worthless company. I tried to search for the delivery centre but it was not there on the mentioned address & then I tried calling the customer support, again there also no proper response. It's better not to accept if some shipment comes through this worthless courier company. How can someone trust if this brand is not having a legit address & office. Complete waste of time 💦

I am not interested to give any stars to them. Because i have never seen this kind of cheating delivery services. Very very very very worst courier service. All boys are very lazy and they asked me the address location but they simply put the status as customer not available. I dont know why ajio contract with this fake courier service. I received lot of parcels from ajio but this is a very worst experience.... Ajio please take care of this and personally i said definitely Ajio will loss lot of customer.

One of the waste logistics company I have seen.i have ordered one kurthi this company ppl itself cancelled my prepaid order and returned to the shipper. If I consult customer care they have said like order will deliver within 24 hrs just one day before they cancel. Who the he'll are they to cancel my order without any info and my permission? They haven't done attempt delivery also to cancel my order. One star is the least here showing otherwise I would have given less than that..

Very worst courier company Ecom express. It came upto Chengalpat 01:00 p.m. the same day they have return the parcel to chennai around 5:00 p.m they didn't call me also. First of all no phone to delivery office what kind of courier. we have to talk legal action to this ecom express. All the costumers complaining. If you cant do the service properly shut the office forever please don't cheat the customer. If put star then only we can post this complaint. service is minus zero. If the money not refunded the concern person I will go to take legal action

Wildcraft W95 mask shipment was in chennai hub since 13th July 2020. On 18 Jul 2020 without making any delivery attempt the shipement status on ecom express site is posted as "Shipment un-delivered Consignee requested for future delivery" . Would be helpful if ecom sites also mention the shipment "courier service name" along with "country of origin" so that customers will decide whether to order or not.
