I have never encountered such illiterate, ill mannered people in my life. There was some lady, she was so so very rude, at the time of booking they said they will deliver at my place, but later she refused, I waited for my parcel for two days, she literally said comments like " ITNI JALDI HAI TOH KHUD AA K LELO" , "TUMHE JO KRNA H KARLO" Who says that?And then SHE HUNG UP . she was so I'll mannered and illiterate, I was shocked, I didn't know what to say. Funny thing is the courier company name is "professional couriers". Sarcastic lol. I talked to three different people, three of them were rude. It was insulting. I am extremely disappointed.

I sent a courier through professional courier on the 6th of Feb. The courier had the name of the person and the mobile number of 2 people. Still the courier boy did not call the mobile number and has deliver the parcel till date !! Absolutely appalling service from Professional courier. Please get my parcel delivered ASAP. It's already been 9 DAYS !!!

This courier company has zero responsibility towards costumers and they don't even deliver on time . And if they aren't able to deliver on time they stop responding and you have to go yourself to collect the parcel . Else you would be waiting till eternity to get the parcel
