Needs so much improvement and transparency. Customers have to hang on to the window. The staff here have little knowledge about the rules and regulations; snd terms and conditions of the service. But, they're big-mouthed to talk too much to bear! Today I had a bitter experience with the staff. Even after being directed to return the charges for the return of consignment due to "no service", he kept on arguing. Before booking to a particular delivery point, the booking agent should look into the list and ascertain whether there's service at the particular place. They should not blindly receive the letter and then say after a week that there was no service at that point l. Again arguing without giving reason for the booking to a non-existing centre. It is ridiculous.
