One of the best courier service if you don't want to recieve your package 😂, literally it took them 18-19 days to deliver from Delhi to Jharsuguda (Odisha). While other courier services just take 7-8 business days. And that's not enough, they don't even call you to pick up your package and return them🤣🤣🤣😂😂, Amazing 🤩. And that madam, hats off for you, bahane banane me expert.,👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The UNPROFESSIONAL COURIERS. On 31st March parcel was received at courier facility Jharsuguda. I made a phone call to them and they said by 1st April (i.e. tomorrow) it will be dispatched for delivery. On 1st April again I called them and enquired about my parcel but the lady who picked up the call said it is with the delivery boy you can talk to him, and she gave me his (delivery boy's) number. I called the delivery boy he said that he need to go to office to get the parcel. And by the end of the day my parcel is nowhere to see. They are just consuming our precious valuable time. Terming their service as a worst service will be even overrated.

The lady who takes the call does not know how courier service works, they simply tell if you want courier come and take from office or they will return it. Very unprofessional guys running the service and doesn't have etiquette to talk to customers. Utterly disappointing
