I booked this on OYOrooms at 12 November, and it was confirmed. Then i called to hotel and they said it's full i said ok no issue. Even after cancellation i have not got my refund. Today is 25 November. I don't know who's mistake is this, i just want my refund back. My booking ID is FDM85288 refund as soon as possible i will remove the rating.
