Dtdc ahmedabad branch is fraud. And no. Professionalism. I had booked DTDC from. Kolkata. They promised the consignment will be travel by air. But it arraive late because the send it by road. After receiving the product hub has kept it in the branch for 4 days. After call them 1000 times finla reply was have to self collect the product. Door to door delivery has not been done by them..

Worse service I have seen till now. I would like to give zero stars but not possible as Google do not give option for that. I had to courier a package to Bangalore. Contacted branch manager at Navrangpura for requesting pic of courier before sending he politely said wait. But as after 4-5 hours of no-answer from him. Have called the manager did not pick any call. If he would have informed me that he would not be able to get the pic of courier I would have went there and get the pic. But on calling next day he told you have dialled wrong and managers informed on WhatsApp that " i am not here to send pic of your courier". Such a worse person don't know why goodbcourier service like DTDC like company would have such a worse manager in main branch like Navrangpura.

had a worst experience with DTDC, they promised to deliver package in 2 days and even after 4 days there was no information. I had to call multiple times to customer care but they were not responsive. First I had to wait for 10-15 mins to get connected and then when I ask for information they just hung up the call. Then I had to visit the branch directly to pick up the package and there as well the package was not handled propeyas it was lying down with scrap. Every person I communicated with gave me a different answer and when I ask to confirm they don't respond. Worst service ever and I am not going to use DTDC ever again
